River Ridge Condominium Association

River Ridge Condominiums are located north of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, on upper Lake Wissota, adjacent to the ninth fairway of the Lake Wissota Golf Course. It is a great place for fishing, boating, golfing, relaxing, entertaining and viewing spectacular sunsets.

 

The River Ridge Condominium Association coordinates maintenance activities of the development, and consolidates funding and paying for common expenses. The Association is responsible for maintaining our entry sign, our street, our wells and septic systems, our street lights, our mailboxes, landscaping and docks and the exteriors of our buildings. Other maintenance is the homeowners' responsibility.

 

Our Board is made up of a President, a Vice President, a Secretary, a Treasurer and other Board Members as needed and interested. We have an Membership and other Board Meetings held as deemed necessary, in addition to occasional social gatherings. We have an Architectural Review Committee that coordinates items that affect the visual appeal of our neighborhood.

 

Our Association Documentation includes our Declaration of Covenants, Bylaws, Maintenance Responsibility Chart, Rules and Regs, and a Reserve Plan. We have an Operating Fund for short term expenses as well as Capital and Roof Funds for longer term expenses.
